EXCELLENT ratcheting crimper for "flag" terminals
Once I figured out how the terminals were supposed to insert (the 'tube' sticks out the side where the opening is, so the "flag" lies along the tool mouth) these are awesom. Excellent, firm crimps on red, blue, or yellow colorcodes (roughly 20-12 AWG wires). You 'rachet' it down just one click to hold the flag in place, insert the wire, and then tighten down the rest of the way. They auto-open after you've racheted down to the minimum crimp so you know you're done. I've tested the crimp strength by trying to tug out the wire, even without doubling it over for some of the in-between ratios (wire on the low side of what that particular flag should support) and they're plenty firm. Slide some heatshrink on the wire up out of the way first to shrink down over the crimped tube and you've got a really good, protected terminal attachment for automotive 12V use.Very happy with this tool.

Works like a charm
These crimper pliers work great for flag terminals. A friend once told me that I would eventually own ever tool that existed, but it's not true. The simple reason is that things keep changing, so tools keep evolving. I needed a flag terminal for a project and had read that you could use vice grips, but you have to careful not to crush the spade connector. These crimpers can only be used on flag terminals but of the 30 that I completed none of them failed. If I had used vice grips pliers I'm not sure that I would have had that success rate. There are some crimpers that have interchangeable heads but the heads cost as much as these pliers. Overall these work great and are definitely worth the investment.

all 3
had to order this as the 90 degree connectors are not long enough to use normal chimp plyers, works ok but have to take more time to make sure the end is set in correctly or it does not make a good connection.worked ok, but before anyone orders the connectors, check, but in is not noted have to use these plyers.

Work flawlessly
I needed this style of crimper for the particular connectors we use at work. Couldn’t be happier. The connectors fit the crimper just right, and the tool quickly and easily puts the right amount of pressure on the crimp. Secure attachment every time.

Comments regarding the description and the quality
Regarding the description: This is for the "Baomain Ratchet Crimper Plier HS-07FL Flag Female Quick Disconnects Crimping Tools Use for 1.5-2.5 mm² (15-13 AWG) Red". I bought this tool. The description should really read as follows: "Baomain Ratchet Crimper Plier HS-07FL Flag Female Quick Disconnects Crimping Tools Use for 0.5-2.5 mm² (20-14 AWG) Red & Blue." It crimps the red and the blue flag connectors onto AWG 20 thru AWG 14 wire as expected.Regarding the quality: The tool is nearly identical to an old "Ideal Industries tool" I use for standard non-flag insulated connectors. In fact the die is interchangeable with that tool. The quality seems good and the tool works as expected.

very happy with these for the price
These made getting good crimps on some flag connectors easy. I knew I couild manage with my regular crimps but I knew the job would not be great. These make getting a neat solid crimp easy. Electrical connections are no place to skimp, even low voltage ones. USed this to replace a couple connectors that broke at the joint.

Flag Spade Connector Crimper
Works well. Kind of funky at first and it really depends on the flag connectors you use but once you get the feel for the setup it runs well. For the price, it is a lot better than trying to "adapt" a current crimper to work on this kind of connector so this is the right tool for the job. I would have given it a 4.5 so I rounded down to 4.0, just because it took a few connectors to get a consistent crimp going on the project I was working on.

Price was good, worked well.
Worked fine for my crimps, reasonably priced, what more could I ask?
