LEGO Friends Olivia’s Hamster Playground 41383 Building Kit (81 Pieces)

My 5 yr old just got interested in Legos. She does really well with the 4+ sets, but this one is a 6+. I had to help her more and it's a little more complicated than the 4+ sets. We love the hamsters and all the fun little things we built in this set. My daughter loves playing with it so it was worth it. She loves doing things on her own so we'll be sticking with the 4+ sets a little longer. It's a great little toy!

This is a sweet little LEGO set that is sure to be a welcome treat. My 9 year old granddaughter loved it and enjoyed it being easy for her to assemble and enjoy. She had so much fun building and playing with it.

Bought this set for my 5 yo granddaughter. She enjoys imaginative play, and had no problem building the hamster set. My only suggestion, would be to include a bag or box to store the small pieces. The main downside of Legos, are the numerous small parts.

The media could not be loaded. The current top reviewers built the hamster wheel wrong. Stop encouraging them upvotes. Make sure you are attaching the pink 2x2 curved slope at the right height. If the hamster bike is too stiff, pull the white 3x2 coupling plate with hole away from the wheel a smidge to loosen it.Even if you can't get the hamster wheel to work, this is an under $10 set that comes with 3 hamsters, a nice minidoll, and a bunch of uncommon pieces and colors.

I really want to love the Lego Friends Olivia’s Hamster Set, but it left me a bit disappointed as an adult. Trust me, when I say a little, I mean a little. We own hundreds of Lego sets - all themes and all age groups. Everyone always loves hamsters and amusement parks, so this was a win-win theme for us. I found the build a bit difficult and even awkward for the younger age range, 6 and up. I thought the wheels would be real wheels that turned and not just fixed pieces. I also thought that there would be a launcher. To “launch”, you push the hamster in his vehicle. You don’t build a launcher as you do in some other sets. At the end of the day, the set is much loved and the hamsters are cherished! They are now building them their own little house so they don’t get lost. As always, the directions are awesome and offer step by step instructions. The Lego brand and quality is second to none. A timeless classic that lives on year after year. They simply never grow old. Also, if you happen to own Andrea’s Talent Show with the stage, this connects to the rotating stage. I have uploaded pictures to show you that as well!

This is another cute Lego set, that will make a nice gift. I was happy to give it, and it made a nice presentation. I think you can't go wrong with Lego. They have sets for all interests, and I think it's a good gift to give. This is a smaller set, and was a nice add on to a medium sized set that I bought for a gift.

My 7-yr-old loves Legos...and cute hamsters. She wanted a set that didn’t cost too much and when she saw this she was so excited. She put it together on her own (huge win for me) and quickly, but she’s had several hours of play in combination with her other Legos.

LEGO is on of the greatest toys in history. Both for children and adulty. Like a puzzle to craft what is in the instructions. Or you can build anything you can imagine. Good work LEGO.
