I like this product because it is generic enough to be used at every event we may work this year (or next), polished enough that passers-by will see and not ignore, and a great price.

These entry forms are perfect for raffle or other drawing. The price was great and the color coding allows for multiply events.

I purchased these to collect customer information when raffling off a sample product. These are the perfect size, allowing enough room for customers to write their information clearly, without having to cram it in. The only thing that could have made these more perfect for me, is if they asked for an email address. Overall excellent purchase.

This is a lot of forms for the money. Very well done. This saved me a lot of time versus printing and cutting the slips myself.

We loved using these at our recent event. We did a raffle and these cards allowed us to gather full information for our entrants rather than a simple sign up sheet.These were a great size and color as well.
