Supplier was apologetic about d inferior quality product and said it was by mistake
Product is not good. However supplier called me and apologised saying it was a mistake to send a sub standard product because of order rush.He has refunded the full amount and was very apologetic about the episode.So he says that only my sample was of an inferior quality by mistake and I hence would give him the benefit of doubt because of his attitude.So I’m putting this review on his insistence and I’m ok wid having to give him a second chance.

Too Thin, I can see the floor thru the mat after 4 months of use
Price is at a premium, cost wouldn't exceed Rs 100, atleast they should match the quality. The grass strands are loosely woven. I stitched up cloth at the open ends to ensure the grass doesn't come out. But the grass is stretching out in the middle of the mat. It already feels like sitting on the bare floor.

The discription does not say the type of grass used
It's made of what in Sanskrit know as Darba. It's not advisable to use it while wearing silk dothis or sarees.
