Sturdy, perfect, restaurant type dispenser. I bought it because I eat at Whataburger for lunch every day. I always receive a stack of Whataburger napkins, and I save them. This dispenser fits them exactly. Free napkins!I have a high table with 4 bar stools from my local Chili’s (remodel) as a dining room set, in my home pub.Perfect compliment to the feel of the room, and I’m saving a tree by using the napkins that might otherwise be thrown away as waste.I saw other reviews that spoke of weak springs and napkins sliding down. On my first try loading it, I had the same thought. However, upon examination, I found that placing the device on its opposite face to load it, caused the springs to fall into their proper alignment. And the weak spring pressure is correct for the mechanism. I’ve never used the so-called recommended napkins because it fits a variety of fast food restaurant napkins. As was my purpose in the purchase.

Stays full much longer than a typical stand-up napkin holder and keeps kids from grabbing 10 at a time to wipe their mouths.

Works great and looks great

I was at Costco and saw they were selling the napkins for these dispensers in bulk. After turning the cost per napkin into a math exercise for my daughter, we saw that they sold the napkins for 18 times less, on a per napkin basis, than the other non-bulk napkins.We have to fill the normal napkin holder about every other day because the kids use 2-3 per meal, especially my boy who makes a mess. If your house is like ours, with this holder, you might fill it once a week.Anyhow, it may seem strange to have a restaurant-type dispenser on your table, until you calculate what normal napkins cost. I'm sure it will pay for itself in no time.It looks like a good clean black and chrome dispenser like you see at every fast-food restaurant.

Would luv for this to work. Have a busy kitchen with small kids, etc. But in reality, the capacity is low and the napkins continuously slide down so that they don't dispense normally. Used Georgia Pacific 37815 napkins which were recommended.annoyed with this product.

I used this in my kitchen. Expensive, but the look and function were important to me.
