russell+hazel Signature Patent 3-Ring Binder, White, 10.75" x 12", White Binder (36917)

For the price I thought the cover would feel more luxurious. But it’s just seems like glossy cardboard. I guess I was expecting more of a high quality like the Kate Spade products. It’s nice and I love the gold accents and the gold rings inside. But I just had something in my head and it didn’t quite live up to it.

I was excited to find a white and gold binder to what I thought would match with my new white and gold home office. Once received, the disappointment set in... for the price I really thought it would exceed my expectations. To make a long story short, the gold on the outside of the binder is more of a brassy gold and the grommets on the spine of the binder have a greenish tinge to it (as of it's a bit tarnished). If you don't mind that flaw, then have at it.

This binder is not nearly as nice in person as it looks in the photo. Mine arrived missing two of the gold corners and a bit banged up. Definitely not worth the selling price but it is functional so I’ll still be able to use it and is not worth the hassle of returning. So, points for basic function but not much else.

I wanted a classy, well made binder to keep my work in. This is beautifully made and completely sturdy. I think the quality is going to serve the purpose I wanted for it perfectly. It arrived in like two days, so that was awesome too!

Real quality. Just wish there was a pocket in the insides of the front and back. Also wish it was white in the bookcloth but this one is real nice too. Also wish I could label the binding. Nice to have the russell + hazel label but if I get a bunch of them in the same color, how will I tell them apart? Also love the peony color!!!

I ordered the white and gold and I love it! It’s just so cute, I’ll have to get more. I don’t know why I thought I was ordering a cloth binder, but it is not cloth. I love it anyway!

Very nice binder but the corner was bent when it arrived.

They arrived very quickly and are just what I was hoping for. Very cute and stylish! Love the color and size.

the "patent" in the title doesn't refer to patent leather, but that's on me for not reading carefully. it's a cheap feeling shiny cardboard that looks like your run of the mill dollar store binder but with gold corners glued on. mine arrived banged up with a big dark mark on the front that I can't get off.definitely not worth the almost $30 I paid and I'll be returning it for a nicer binder.
