Used pens and broken cap
I ordered a pack of 10 pens, out of which 4 pens were already used (one of their caps has a crack) and their remaining refills were dried out. If possible, avoid buying products in bulk from Amazon. Apart from this issue, the working pens are good and have a smooth flow.
