Great help with kids in the ER
I work in an emergency room with pediatric patients and you would be surprised how nice it is to have this card right on my name badge right at my fingertips. Kids respond better to faces and are able to tell me how they feel quickly so I can help them to feel better faster.Also people with altered mental statuses respond well to just pointing at the face that resembles their pain. Its made of a waterproof card and although its flexable its sturdy. I recommend this product!

Very handy
Even as a nurse I find it easier to rate my pain with the faces than to simply rate it on a scale of 1 - 10. Most patients do too. Very handy to have in your pocket!

Very flimsy!
Very very flimsy which is a shame because it's exactly what I was looking for but I was expecting a much sturdier card so I was pretty disappointed. I decided to keep it tho because returning would cost just as much as buying it.

THIN plastic.
Fits on stethoscope fine, but super thin plastic. I think it won’t last a year if I flip to it as much as I think I want to use it. Wish it were thicker and more durable plastic!
