Great Headset
I purchased this headset one month after I took an office job. I hate having to hold a regular phone either in my hand or by tilting my head towards my shoulder. I have zero regrets with this headset. It allows me to not only continue working on my computer while I am on the phone, but I can also walk away from my desk while still on the phone. The range is excellent! I can walk almost to the other side of the building and still be connected. Probably a solid 150 feet through walls and doors. For those wondering, I have it plugged into a Cisco CP-8841. I had no issues setting it up. Just plugged it in and it was ready to go. If you have a desk job and need to be on the phone a lot for your job, this is the headset for you!

Everyone says this is the best I’ve ever sound on the phone. I purchased this since I work from home. I’ve tried several different headset brands. All had one issue or another. This was the most expensive and no issues. It works well with the system my company uses for soft phones and vdi.

Used like new - in original packaging
This product is amazing and worth full price, but the deal on used was a steal at $70 and they were basically new. Working from home they are a lifesaver. No more yelling into the phone so people can hear me 4 states away or straining to hear my clients. Very happy with product and seller.

Comfortable and with Excellent Sound Clarity
I bought this as I use Cisco Jabber for all office related meetings and calls. This is one of confotable headset I have used wearing at times for 4 to 6 continuoysly.

No Sound or Mic
Our IT engineer set up the headset with the latest driver. No sound or microphone. After considerable time trying to troubleshoot the issue with several systems, he suggested returning the device as defective. We were disappointed in not being able to use the CISCO headset with the CISCO webex IP phone.

Maybe this headset wasn't for me?
I'm writing this so some people are aware that this headset might not be for computer users that connect directly to the computer. I tested it and it doesn't noise cancel and there's static noise when I talk. Maybe it's just me? But I want others to be aware before buying.
