Great tool
This is way better than I expected it to be. The handle is sturdy. The spikes are sufficient in pushing the backing onto the glue. I ordered some of the best carpet that can be bought today and it worked well. Highly recommended.

Does what it says and rolls carpet seams once heated. Good handle and strong.

It blends carpet seams pretty well, but there are better ones out there. If you occasionally have to lay carpet, but don't do it too often, this tool should suffice.

Does not work
I purchased this because I lost my original one that was fairly old. This does not work well at all on the seams of the carpet.

Awesome tool not just for seams I am using it for marine carpet installation if the fasteners on the sides were recessed in the rollers it would be perfect
