Definitely NOT MY THING!
So I purchased this printer from ebay.. but originally purchased it from Amazon and returned it!.. so I thought Amazon deserved a review for it! Anyways the printer.. I thought would work good? But seeing you that's just so damn difficult to get set up and working and printing IDs, I have almost given up on the thing! So I don't think it deserves a good score or a bad score.. so that's why I'm going to use a 3 out of five! If you're not super super tech savvy, this is not your printer! Because I do consider myself somewhat tech savvvy! I can't even figure it out!(I'm also, not talking about printing directly from their app, with all the templates on it.. I'm talking about generating my own ID card and printing that from Photoshop.. so yeah there's not that much help out there either! Regardless three out of five!

Printer, great. HID customer service, trash.
You'll be on hold. Then the guy in Tech Support will say that your technical issue should actually go to the "Cards" guy and that you wont be put hold again. Then you'll be on hold again. Going on 30 minutes now.
