Just what I was needing.

Super for healing- like the old stuff we used 2 generations ago!!!

I saw this older man on TV with guests that shared their keys to good health tips. This man must have been 70 or so, but his skin looked really good. I estimated his age by facial features and hair, etc. He claimed that he had not gotten sick in 27 years. I couldn't believe it. I haven't gotten sick in 5 1/2 years and thought I was doing good.His secret was to dip his face in a bowl of this iodine solution everyday. The concentration wasn't given, but his solution was a deep amber color. So he dips his face in this and opens his eyes (do not do with contacts) and blows bubbles through his mouth and nostrils.If he didn't look so good for his age I would have thought him a nut, but I bought a bottle and gave it a try. After doing it several times, I decided to I tweak the procedure so as not to waste as much povidone iodine.I make about half the quantity and just splash my face over and over rubbing my eyes and eyebrows (supposedly little critters can inhabit your lashes and brows). I make sure I get it in my nostrils and gargle a little with it. I finish by rinsing my forearms with the solution and dabbing a paper towel to rinse my armpits. Bacteria is what causes body odor and I want to kill that.Does this really work? I cannot say, but it makes me feel protected after being exposed to a lot of people, kids especially, or high pollen counts outdoors. Do some research first. I could not find any risk in doing this, but its definitely not for everyone. And you have to be weird like me and enjoy the very distinctive smell.
