Q: I understand its widths varies depending on whats selected (2mm/3mm/4mm/5mm/10mm) but i'm wondering what the thickness of the tape is??

It is very thin. I attempted to measure the total thickness (adhesive layer+backing strip) with a caliper, and the thickness is a fraction of a mm. When you cut a piece and apply it, then peel away the protective backing, it leaves a very thin layer of adhesive behind on the applied surface. I've used it to seal in place replacement cell phone screens, and other similar flush-mount parts.

Q: Can I get two rolls of 2mm instead of one 2mm and one 3mm? I need 2mm for my project

I don't know. Looks like you would do better by asking seller.

Q: Could this hold a car emblem on the front bumper?

The car emblem would have to mate with the metal-work underneath it with no gaps for this tape to work. It is very thin, but has good adhesive. However, it won't "fill" any sort of gap. Also, the emblem would need to be one that lays down on the car, not one that "sticks up" such as a Rolls Royce emblem on a hood.
