Yes it has two mounting holes on the back side of it. You just open the lit and go straight through to the back to screw it in.

Don't remember exactly but about 8" wide 8" - 10" tall and 5" deep.

Q: Can the suggestion box be mounted securely to a wall?

Yeah, we actually have them as donation boxes and it comes with a set of mounting screws. we have one mounted in our office

You would have to fold it. It might hold 100, but it would be tight.
