This is the most accurate simulator since EA sports World Superbike 2001 for PC. You will need to put in time on this one for sure. Switch the throttle from the trigger to the joystick for a more accurate throttle and control.

If you like motorcycles, want to hop on a bike, and spend a couple hours racing and having fun this game is not for you.This game is not about freedom or fun, it is about precision and perfection. If you want to dedicate half your life and hours a day racing the same track over and over until you can stay on the exact line they want you to and brake and accelerate at the exact times they want you to. Then this game is for you! But if you want to dedicate that much time to precision and perfection instead of wasting that on this game why not do something more productive like learn to play the guitar or learn a foreign language.Being realistic is great for things like graphics and the appearance of the bike. The graphics are great! Beyond that it's just too serious, annoying, and pointless. You'll never get the realism and experience of riding a motorcycle sitting in a chair holding a video game controller. Most people are like me, they like motorcycles, but they aren't obsessed with them. Motorcycles are cool, you just want to hop on one, relax, have fun racing. But this game wants you to spend hours passing tests, practicing to perfection, dedicate hours every day for months...... it's just overly complicated to be fun for most people.

I really wish this company would not make this game so hard. I am still stuck with the first few races and just do not have the time to put in to it to try to meet the requirements to move on. this might be my next game to get traded.

This game is amazing if you enjoy rage quitting before even getting to the actual game!In the vein of Grand Turismo this game makes you pass "license" style tests that are so unforgiving you'll spend hours on them repeating the same 30 seconds of track before passing them/getting to race other bikes.The controls are tanky, unforgivably so. The track boundaries are unforgivable too. Literally, one one hundredth of a millimeter off the course and you fail a test run.The AI is impossibly mindless. I'm not sure if they're coded to be overly aggressive or blind. Perhaps both. Veer left or right of the "suggested line"? 13 AI bikes slam into you at full speed with zero regard for brakes/moving out of the way. It's as though they're meant to stay on a specific line the entire track and aren't capable of moving past that line/navigating things within that line. It's pathetic.The graphics are borderline fantastic, I'll give it that. Everything from the bikes to textures to scenery to driver movements down to the fingers hitting the brake/clutch. Excellent visuals.The sound is PS2 quality, at best. Most all bikes sound the same and sound overly digital. Not very realistic.Music. Ugh. That is all.I want to love this game but can't do it and am returning it. A game shouldn't make you re-evaluate your life choices and anger you to the degree this game does. There is no reward for the pain involved.
