Q: How well do this work?

This product was used by my plastic surgeon after necrosis started. It was the most amazing product. I would definitely check with a doctor first. This was used as packing and promoted healthy skin growth from the inside out.

Q: Does this bandage contain collagen filler?

I was using the dermaRite colleges/ag and this is very similar to it. It’s a white spongy like paper that you dampen and place on the wound and turns to a soft gel. It states it is made from Collegan. Sodium alginate, carboxyl methycellouse and etheylenediaminetetracetic acid (EDTA). I’m not a doctor nor do I play one on tv. Lol hope this helps

Q: Even though box was opened are the dressings exposed to the air?

They are sterile, each dressing is individually wrapped inside the box
