Aztech Compatible Toner Cartridge Replacement for HP 87A CF287A 87X CF287X for Enterprise M506 M506dn M506n M506x Pro M501 M501dn M527 M527dn Printer (Black, 1-Pack)

We just had to replace an older printer with a new HP M506dn printer. The vendor we use for our replacement cartridges supplied us with replacement cartridges for the new printer and none of them came close to getting 9,000 pages printed (5,400 was the best we could squeeze out). Also, the printouts were getting streaky and very noisy as the cartridge emptied.Frustrated with the excuse that the printer is new and there aren't many re-manufactured cartridges available yet, I saw this cartridge on Amazon for half the price of what we were paying for the other ones. I decided to give the AZtech cartridge a chance. What a difference! I got over 9,000 pages printed (the cartridge is rated for 9,000 pages), and no streaking and no noise when it was getting close to empty. I ordered another one and have just installed it in my printer. Hopefully I will get the same results as the first one. I will report back later when the cartridge needs to be replaced.As a side note, there was an option to use an Amazon box for shipping. I highly recommend doing so, as the box the cartridge comes in is not meant to be a shipping box and there could be some damage in shipping just the cartridge box.Update: As of today June 13, 2017, I have used 2 more of these cartridges in the same printer. After getting over 9,000 on the first cartridge, the next one I didn't even get 5,000 (4,812 pages). The one after that I got slightly over 7,000 pages (7,128). The one I am currently using has an estimated 40% left and I have printed 3,720 pages. I am wondering what is going on with these cartridges. I am printing basically the same material daily using the same computer and software - why such a discrepancy? Does anyone else have the same or similar results?I will e-mail the vendor (as the phone calls do not get answered or returned) and see what they have to say about this situation.Stay tuned!

I work for a public school and go through a lot of toner. My end users can't tell the difference between this product and genuine HP. I don't know about page counts and don't care - they seem to last as many days as the ones that cost 5 times as much. I ordered some to test, and am ordering a quantity today. This AZTECH product will save me over $1000/month at the volume I currently purchase.Edit:It's been a few months and I now use these exclusively for my school district. Users see no difference and neither do I. Saves taxpayers hundreds of dollars. Thanks AZ-TECH!

Toner works great. After a few months of usage the gears were defective. The company kindly replaced it at no charge.

The toner printed in good quality for about 4,500 pages and had to be replaced at 5,600 due to bad quality printing (dim and fuzzy).

This is exactly what I needed! I was looking for the HP 87A replacement toner but could not justify $230 for the HP ink or $193 for the generic 87A via my corporate vendor Supra. Given the good reviews from others who purchased this product, I decided to try the Aztech ink, and I am very happy that I did! While the printer recognizes it as non-HP ink, it still prints perfectly, and the price is unbeatable! I cannot attest to the 9000 sheet print capacity yet but at this price, I can buy 5X of Aztech for 1X generic from my corporate vendor.

The after-market brand I used to buy and had excellent results with is no longer available, so I decided to try this one. For the first few weeks, the cartridge worked really well, but after that, lines began appearing. When I cleaned the green drum, I'd get one or two good printouts and then the streaking began again. Going through the cleaning cycle didn't help. Not wanting to open up the whole cartridge to investigate exactly what was causing the issue, I gave up and put it in the box for recycling.

I am very please with this Toner Cartridge Replacement. It is a good product, easy to install and price is very low for a replacement. Good quality. I recommend this product and seller.

Priced this typeof ink for several days before I decided on this one. Way cheaper than the name brand and works the same. This is only the second one i have needed to order in a year and there are three of us that use this printer.
