Not a bad pen
Pen is a good size, comes with converter, but to be honest, it didn't live up to all the hype I'd heard about Faber-Castell nibs. Not as smooth or wet as I'd hoped. Still, it's usable for short writing sessions and it looks nice.

Poor customer service
Product description states 'equipped with converter and cartridge' system. The pen DOES NOT arrive with either. Contacted customer service and received email stating I would be contacted within 48 hrs. but no such thing. The pen does not close properly between the nib housing and body of pen, is not stable when writing with pen. Would not recommend this pen.
