Bloodmoon: I

I bought this album based on a simple review not knowing anything about this band. What I found was a mix of styles wrapped in punk sensibility. I heard Crimson, Mars Volta, Fugazi...all kinds of things...play loud.

Great dynamic new music. Lots of different flavors and stays interesting. Saw the live tour and was awesome. Hope they make a part 2.

This album is very moody. It is not a typical Converge album, but it is an awesome collaboration and worthy of a listen. I wish Jacob had had a bigger presence on the album, but again, it's a solid outting, and a very cool project.
