Cuisinox Stainless Steel Sugar Cube Tongs, 4.3"

These tongs arrived on time and are exactly as pictured and described. They have a nice gentle pattern on the handle, and the scallops on the ends help grip a sugar cube well. I chose these because of the design for the great price and easy to clean, and not take up a lot of space. I've never had sugar tongs before, but my hubby likes sugar with his morning coffee, but finds reaching into the sugar bowl is not so easy with a spoon or even fingers. I'm hoping the tongs will reduce the spillage factor of shaken out sugar or spooned sugar over the table. Plus, it's a more consistent measure of how much sugar is in the cup. I tried them out and was very pleased that the scallops are exactly the size of the sides of the sugar cube, and grip it without a lot of squeezing. That being said, they actually don't strike me as a child's tea party toy as they are well tensioned stainless steel. If taking sugar cubes is all these tongs are used for, I expect they will last a very long time.

I make bulletproof coffee in the morning and part of thatIs to add butter. I use these to pick up the pre-portioned butter balls. Useful.

tiny and cheaply made but certainly serves the purpose

Ok this is not worth the price for one piece. It is very thin and will eventually warp and break. I bought set of 6 sugar tongs for less than the price of what I paid for this one piece and is much thicker and durable and better stainless steel quality. Don’t waste your money.

I love this dainty tong. It's small just right for picking up sugar cubes and it's stylish with the shell design grips, also it 's made well, with a single stainless steel piece.

They do the job, but are fairly chintzy and the metal is thin. They work fine for sugar cubes. Not sure how long they will last (at least as long as the kids don't get a hold of them for play.)If you found this review helpful, click YES below.

I keep my sugar cubes in a Mason jar so theses tongs work perfectly. They have a nice look to them, so they would be nice to put out at a party.
