The Good The Bad and The Ugly
Positive: The answering system announces calls in a loud clear voice. Perfect for the user in the house who is hard of hearing and often won't wear his hearing aids! That's about all of the positive I can say about the system but important and works in our case.Negative:One of the MOST convoluted set up systems I have ever encountered. Eat your Wheaties before opening the box.The sound quality on the handsets is so so. Lots of static at times. And if you plan talk on the handset for any length of time, be prepared for it to DIE after ten minutes or so. Again, the person we purchased this system for only uses the phone for short calls so not worth it to send back and start over. If you are someone who has issues with setting up systems or plans to have longer conversations on the handhelds this phone is not for you.

Bought the phone for My mother. She was used to the older type of phone. It took a little longer for her to get use to it. The best thing she likes is the phone tells her who is calling. If she doesn't know who is calling won't answer.

Stops working withing a couple weeks of using
This stopped working 2 weeks after receiving and is junk.

Extremely nice!!
I do wish the ringer volume could be turned up more but other than that these phones have extremely nice features. I can't say anything about the battery life since we have only had them a few months...so far so good. My elderly mother has no problems using them at all. Nice answering machine also.
