I ordered 2 cannoli kits and they both were defrosted and warm had to discard them I want a refund or replacement that is good

Just like buying straight from the bakery
We have purchased and eaten cannoli from Carlo’s Bakery in Las Vegas many times, and the cannoli we assembled from this kit tasted just like what we buy fresh. The shells and cream arrived in perfect condition. We followed the directions for thawing the filling and stuffing the shells. Delicious!

I didn't need to know these could be delivered
LOVE THEM. LOVE EVERYTHING ABOUT THEM.Tons of ricotta, Nice, crisp shells that are in separate boxes. I get to fill them at the time of consumption so that they stay crispy. The ricotta comes in two bags, so I froze one while I worked on the other. Not that they lasted a week in my house ROTFL. I will definitely buy these many more times.
