Carlos Bakery product
The lobster claw pastry’s were so yummy! It was better than I expected !The only downfall was the shipping. I expected some damage, but even the container was dented & smudge marks. This seems to be the normal thing with UPS. 90 percent of my shipments with this company has some type of damage.

Not worth the money!
It took to long to arrive for the product to be edible! The product showed up with boxes open and every pastry was broken. The pastry shells were soggy, and stale. The pastry cream tasted like it was bad/rotten.

How can the psartry be better in packaging to avoid breaking down in the box?

Very disappointed in Carlos Bakery.
When the package arrived, it was soaked from the heavy rain at the time. All where busted up and never got to even get a bite.I reached out to Carlos Bakery and never got a return response. I was in hospital when they arrived but was so excited to try again. First time eating them was in Las Vegas. DELICIOUS and willing to pay that price because of that reason only.

Not what was expected
I waited years to get some of these and my daughter surprised me at Christmas, but alas they were not as good as anticipated. Once you take of the very hard and stale ribbon pastry then you are able to enjoy the rest of the pastry and the delicious filling.

My husband and son always want these for their birthday.
