DO NOT PURCHASE FROM Computer Upgrade Express
You will become a third party- not covered by ASUS. Buy Directly from ASUS.I bought this ASUS ROG Strix G17 in June 2022 through Computer Upgrade Express. Graphics card has died 8 months later after purchase. Dealing with ASUS warranty is painful and frustrating to say the least. I'm hoping ASUS will eventually allow me to send the laptop to them to either fix it or replace it.Update ASUS will not cover the 1 year warranty with a third party seller (Computer Upgrade Express and Amazon). Now I have a broken laptop and Computer Upgrade Express mentioned that they could repair it, but they are no longer responding to messaging. At this point I would NOT recommend buying anything for Computer Upgrade Express.
