Would buy again
I bought this to cut cardstock and mixed media papers for handbound books. It has worked great so far - accurate cuts, light is convenient. I do wish it had measurements on the vertical side as well.

Will not cut paper. Not 1 sheet. Not 3 sheets. Not 5 sheets. BAD!!!
I was hoping the reviews were wrong. How can a $100+ paper cutter NOT CUT PAPER??? I tired pulling the blade in when swinging it down. It bends the paper down over the edge as it 'cuts' it giving you a not-clean, rounded cut with a crease at the edge where it folded it over. I tried 20 lbs printer paper. I tried lightweight cardstock. Thinking it was too thin, I added more sheets. I could not find any combination that actually cut the paper at the edge. Sending it back immediately. Deserves zero stars for quality.

Low quality, unpredictable cut. Don't buy.
The price point should be $24 - you’ll see what I mean if you buy this. Low quality cut, and it's hard to know where it's going to actually cut. Too tired to describe it. Returned for refund.

Actual capacity depends on the characteristics of the paper being cut
On dry and/or "crispy" paper this works well, if the paper has been exposed to moisture it tends to tear instead of cutting

Bought one, arrived broken. Replacement sent, quality of cut is AWFUL.
I was trying to replace a 12" xacto paper cutter with a larger one. Decided to try this as it was on sale during g thr early prime days. Horrible. The first one arrived broken and obviously used with a knick in the blade. The replacement arrived qui kly and in good condition, but it couldn't even cut 3 sheets of copy paper at once (as picture), or even 1 when I tried it that way. Also DESTROYED a laminated paper, with extremely thin matte lamination. Going right back in the box.

I've been using a paper cutter from the 70's and was looking for an upgrade, so I purchased this one. I could not be more disappointed. The plastic "holder" does not tell you where it cuts and only provides an inconvenient hindrance. I'm already back to using the older paper cutter. I'd never recommend this product to anyone.

Doesn't cut even one sheet of paper straight
The media could not be loaded. Will not cut in straight lines, the blade ought to be dull
