The unit itself is easy to move, the filter is easy to clean, and while I only used the cooling feature, the dehumidification feature was a nice bonus that kept my room cool and dry. It's easy to set up, not too loud, and you can choose as many modes as you want. I love that it has a remote!

A couple of drawbacks. First, I think mine is defective, because after a month, it doesn't always do what I ask it to (buttons aren't responding well). Another worry is that, because it is digital, if the power flickers off, then back on, the unit stays off. Lastly, and I knew better, I have cats. Of course they have to sit on top of the unit, and frequently change the settings, even though the controls are "locked". So, for now, it'll get me by, BUT, I can't leave for more than a couple hours without worrying that the A/C will turn off, leaving my animals to overheat.

The product was fully assembled except for some extra parts which were easy to attach. The controls were easy to understand and works very efficiently. The product itself is not that loud and could be easily moved anywhere and overall a great product.

I like that it cools well. Unfortunately it drain about 3/4 of a gallon of water a night. Don't forget a bucket for the condensation.

Easily set up and functions well in our 18 X 28 foot kitchen/dining area. Makes it a usable space even when the thermometer outside tops 90 degrees! Saved us from buying mini-splits.

It's not too bad. Overall it's quiet while it's on, but you will have to use a empty bucket to put the holes in because it will collect a lot of water. It does not cool every room down. If you use it in 1 room, every door in the house has to be closed so the the cool air can circulate in one room. I used it in the living room and if all the doors are open like the bathroom and bedroom, it's not cool at all. Plus, it uses a lot of electricity.

It is not as good as we expected, our small bedroom was just 6 degrees cooler after 3 hours of using this portable A/C and the ceiling fan.

I purchased this for my enclosed porch of 8 x 12ft. The porch is insulated and this unit could not cool it sent back for a full refund. I replaced it with the same size window unit and have had no issues with cooling.
