Excellent flour!
Love this flour! I make gluten free pizza most Saturday night's To make a batter, whisk one cup of flour and one cup ofwater.together, add salt pepper and any herbs of choice, let it sit for 15 mins, Scoop some into a frypan and brown onboth sides, 3 min each side then add toppings and put on tray in a hot oven 200degrees for 10 to 15 mins. Yum!
