Very well made works well good price very pleased

I get this as a Christmas present (I selected this one after research). I was using an old #12 grinder/stuffer. Boy did I come up in the world. I stuffed 10 lbs of sack sausage and 5 lbs of kielbasa in no time. The unit functioned perfectly. I was easy to clean. The stuffer is very sturdy. I underestimated the size of the unit so not I have to find a place to store it but the big tub saves repeated refills. It does have a tendance to want to rock back on the upstroke of the handle. I had the plain rubber feet on it. I may try it with the suction feet which were provided next time. I am a lefty and the tub can be reversed since I prefer to crank with the right hand and guide the casing with the left. Definitely happy with this stuffer.

Stuffer works great easy to use and easy to clean. Highly recommend. The price is also very fair.

UPDATE: Customer service seemed to be nice, but they couldn't get me the missing attachments in time for my event... so I just ordered a new one. Guess what? It ALSO did not have the attachments. So as far as I'm concerned, this is false advertising and I'm removing an additional star for the lie and for all of this hassle.---This machine seems to be of good quality, but I haven't been able to use it yet as it's missing the parts for making churros. I ordered this machine specifically because of these attachments, and they were not provided in the package... and they're not on the parts list, either, even though the listing clearly states that they are included.I also have to second other reviewers' comments that the machine arrived in an inexplicably dirty state. There was what seems to be industrial grease all over the inside of the container and the piston... the image provided shows what's left AFTER i spent a few minutes cleaning it. I'm sure that this will be able to be removed, but it seems like they should be able to deliver a product that doesn't require 30 minutes of cleaning before use. I don't think that this was a return, though, because all of the packaging was pristine. It seems to be a factory issue.A final note is that it's very difficult to clean the plunger. When you lower it all the way down it falls out of the height adjustment mechanism, but it's not far enough down that it's out of the casing. The result is that you can't remove the plunger from the machine without disassembling the base of the machine, which requires undoing four large screws... which isn't something you should be doing in a kitchen. This problem could have been avoided by simply shortening the plunger pole by about 1/2"... not really the "exquisite construction" they brag about.Overall I think this machine will serve its purpose, but it seems clear from the design flaws and assembly problems (leftover grease) that it won't be my favorite thing in the kitchen.

Built well, I read a review that the brackets weren’t lined up and the walls weren’t very rigid so that had me spooked but I got mine and it clips in and everything works as it should! Very stable too. It stuffs great so no regrets! I’ll post a video on YouTube at a later date.

I am very happy with this purchase. It is a good value in comparison to others I've seen. It is fairly well made the only complaint I have is they could have done a better job deburring the edges of the sheet metal. They are pretty Sharp and if you're not careful they could cut. The other issue is a suction cups they give you to stick it on the counter . They're kind of a joke don't bother . I use the rubber feet with a little C clamp and it holds great . I wish there was a way to get the last bit that's in the tube out it's approximately three or four hot dogs or two sausages worth of meat . Next time I use it I'm going to try a water balloon to see if I can get the rest of the stuff out of there into the casing. Otherwise it works great
