Only minor illness now.
I'm not sure if this stuff is working or if I've only been exposed to extremely weak sicknesses. Friends and co-workers get sick. Some of them very sick. I get the sniffles for day or two and then it gone. I don't know how yo tell if I had the same thing. But I've not been as sick as others.

This works great. It’s not very comfortable to use, kinda like a nose full of Pool water, but I haven’t gotten sick even though I have been exposed multiple times to illness. I use it before and after seeing a sick friend or relative. It’s very expensive though, I think it could cost a lot less for what’s in it…

I don't use it often
The lemon taste is definitely there, but it still has a not great undertone and aftertaste. Hard to get it to spray all the way to the back if the throat, and it says to swish for a few minutes but it's hard to swish at all. Made me gag a bit, as well.I'm sure it's effective when used correctly, but I struggled.

Should be helpful based on ingredients, but not sure yet
So this sounds like it should be really good, as it contains iodine and xylitol. I know that throat gargle containing iodine has been found to prevent Covid transmission by lowering or inactivating the viral load in the mouth and throat and xylitol prevents virus from attaching to cell walls. However, I can't say for sure. I've been using it on and off, and I did get sick during some travel, but I didn't use it that consistently. Would it have stopped me from getting sick if I'd used it consistently? I don't know. Then again, I used it before going into some high-traffic areas and did not get sick. Was it because of this throat spray? I don't know. So all I can say is it seems like it should help, it it probably won't hurt unless you take too much too often (please research iodine a bit).I haven't actually used the eye wipes, as that's not what I bought this for, they were just a bonus. Maybe I'll find use for them some day.
