I think it works.... I've used cofix per the instructions for every trip and every large gathering event for the last 9 months, including international flights. I haven't been sick.

I ordered Cofix RX Providine Iodine. This product is a great product which I've used for a long time. I give it 5 stars. I highly recommend it. However, I did not receive this product. Amazon mistakenly sent me Cofix RX Nasal Cleanse instead. I can't rate it. It doesn't do what Providine Iodine does. Amazon was great to refund the cost, which I very much appreciated. I can always reorder.
