These whiteboards are big. The set up was fairly easy and it came with the tools needed and extra supplies.

Please note the holes in the circular reinforcement piece. They do not line up properly so that the knob device screws into a hole with the board positioned vertically. Otherwise, solid product. Assembly was straightforward and easy. Wanted to give 5 stars.Edit: The item holding the board in place was missing. The vendor sent me the missing piece. Once in place, the board worked as designed. I also received a $50 credit. The vendor worked hard to make things right. I changed my review from three stars to four stars, but not five stars because of the extra hassle. The board is of five-star quality.

This whiteboard is large and great for our needs. The only problem was when we received it, the screws did not match the holes so we had to go out and find the right size. It was an aggravation that was unnecessary.

I would definitely give 5 star to their service, though the product is 1 star. I really hope they make the product as good as their serviceI had trouble in almost every assembly step. For example the horizontal bars don't fit into each other enough to align screw holes. The two whiteboard pieces don't connect well with each other eith the metal inserts and leaves a small space in the middle. That further misaligns more screw holes. And many more assembly issues. After I hacked through all those issues somehow, I discovered that the tilt plate doesn't have a way for the board to stay perfectly vertical no matter which tilting hole I choose to screw in. The board always stays slanted. Finally, I asked my son to write the first line on it to test how it writes and erases. It immediately smudged and left a black mark which I can't fully erase. Very poor quality whiteboard material itself.Now I am trying to process a refund but it requires me to pack everything in the original box as it was for UPS to pick up. That's impossible to do. Wasted $350 on this.

This is a great portable dry erase board. We needed it to move between classrooms at church and it’s perfect! It’s also magnetic which is a great bonus!

This product is not terrible, however, I wish I had read reviews before buying. I would have seen that the board comes in two 1/2 pieces to put together. The first 3 photos I looked at show it all as one piece. That’s on me. It arrived rather quickly and it was pretty easy to assemble. Unfortunately the board came damaged on one side. I’d probably go through the motions of returning it if I did not need it urgently.

Great my grand kids love it

It took me and my husband to put all the pieces together. I'd suggest this to be done with two people because you do need to hold the side when putting in the screws at the other side. Instructions are okay; can be more clear in the drawing because we realized we reversed the sides halfway. Also the writing area was folded in half when it's shipped. So expect to have a line separating the left and right sides of the entire whiteboard. It still works in our classroom, but I can see it's a problem for others.
