I hate soup with a passion. I don't understand drinking your dinner. That being said I do love flavor and this packs a punch. I got this to add as a seasoning sauce to some of my dishes. Highly recommend as this is super flavorful and delicious.

The easy part of this review is the taste: this tastes great. It worked well for my needs, and I added the ramen chicken flavoring to the rice I tried it with. When talking about the taste, this is a 5-star item.On the other hand, there is nothing on the bag that indicates how MUCH you're supposed to use for various dishes. The product listing (not the delivered product itself) says to add powder to two cups of boiling water. Should I add the whole bag? That seemed like a lot and the bag does say that it is good for "50 servings" which is hard to imagine is referring to two cups of water. So, if NOT the whole bag, then how much?Yes, a lot will come down to taste. Much like any other powdered food delivery system (like powdered drink mixes), it's up to you to decide how strong or weak to make something. I don't have a baseline from anything Unha gave me.For my actual usage, though, I made rice in a pressure cooker. I added the amount of water necessary for the quantity of rice I was making (3 cups in my case) along with one large heaping tablespoon of Unha's Chicken Flavor seasoning. The rice came out fantastic, with a subtle chickeny flavor. It's good for frying or topping with a protein of your choice (I made fried rice).I don't know if I used the right amount, too much or too little, to appreciate it the way it was intended. Hopefully, I didn't wholly insult a culture in my cooking process, either. For now, though, I'll continue to use it in the proportions I've determined and will take it from there.Four stars--five if they give some specific measurements for suggested use cases.

Yes lawd good n spicy not for the weak lol

I was surprised at how chickeny this smelled once I added hot water to it, considering it’s got no actual chicken in it. Granted, it’s a very msg-y kind of fake chicken flavor, but it’s still very homey and comforting to me. I’d happily make myself a cup of this as a broth to sip on on cold days, maybe doctor it up with some sliced green onions or a touch of hot sauce. It’s not as flat as, say, the flavor of cup noodles; it’s much richer and more satisfying, so more like the slightly more expensive instant ramens in the Asian supermarkets. It’s probably also very good in Asian dishes that often call for chicken bouillon for seasoning, but I don’t usually do that. This is basically a bulk bag of the seasoning packets that are in instant ramen, so for a quick and cheap meal, just cook up some noodles or pasta and add this to the water. To bump up the flavor quotient, add a little sesame, scallion, or chili oil.

I love this! It’s the perfect spice- hot enough to make my nose run a little but not enough to give me heartburn. If I’m not hungry for ramen, I still need a cup of broth made from this before bed.

I spelled butt in the headline because that is what is going to be on FIRE when you eat this. I eat spicy food everyday and I mean literally everyday and consider my self to have a strong stomach. I put some sort of pepper on EVERYTHING. The spice level of this product is perfect for my palette in my opinion. But the way my stomach reacted to this was fast and furious. 30 mins after eating this I was in the bathroom for 30 mins lol The taste was good the spice level was good but still be aware of the potential for a long and runny bathroom session.

The media could not be loaded. I was looking for a base to have a hot pot date night and I found this and ordered it.The taste was amazing! It was a bit spicy which was fine, it tasted like the spicy base you can get from a hot pot restaurant.Highly recommend!!
