I got this binder because i liked the design on the outside, and to be able to hold my D&D spell cards. yes yes I know this is for magic cards. You have yours hold what you want and i will have it hold what I want. But I have to say I was not prepared for how big it is. I know it have the dimensions on the listing but I just wasn’t ready for how big it is in person. Dont get me wrong I like it this big. But be prepare to have it own place to store it when not in use. This thing will not fit on a normal book shelve, or anywhere you might put a normal binder. This is big enough that it demands its own space as almost a display piece. It says “Look at me when you enter the room”. The pockets to hold the card are big enough to hold them in a hard plastic card saver. I will probably not use the hard plastic card savers for my spell cards but I do like easy the pockets are for my big finger to get into to get my cards out. The only downside is that there is no way for you to add more card sleeves to it, or take out the ones in it already. This thing is big enough that if I would more sleeve it would have been able to handle them. So that addition would have been nice. But otherwise great design on the cover and very happy with it.

My son has several different card binders for pokemon cards, sports cards, etc. He wanted one particularly for his Magic the gathering cards and wanted to make sure that they would fit in the binder even in protective sleeves. I thought this one would be perfect and it really is... it's just huge! I generally expect these binders to be roughly the size of a school binder or even a trapper keeper for those of us that grew up in the 80's/90's. This one is really, really large. It holds a lot of cards and zips closed which is wonderful but if you have a smaller backpack, it may be a struggle getting it to close. So, overall, this is a wonderful card binder that will hold all of your collectible cards bit if you are looking for something more compact, this may not be the right choice for you.

The included top loaders are awful and I wouldn't even want to put Mr Mime in one.The binder is OK, but just that. In terms of top loader binders I'd say it is almost average. I'll use my other ones first.
