Brought these for my daughter to try as she's been having a few difficulties with her hormones. They work amazingly well. curb her chronic meltdowns. Definitely recommend these. 10 out of 10.

Liked this product but found it expensive as you have to take two a day.

I was worried about taking them as I’m highly gluten intolerant and have had some things that say ‘manufactured in a factory with gluten’ that have had me react even if they supposedly don’t contain gluten. These say gluten free and made in a factory that also handles gluten, soy, etc but I have had no reaction to these.I’m very glad as they taste delicious, lemon is the strongest flavour but it’s not sour, more like lemon and pineapple a bit tropical. I like the flavour a lot and they’re very soft chews too a little bit like jelly babies.It says they contain sugar and sweetener, it doesn’t say how much and it would be good to have a list of ingredients and the amount of grams in them, it shows a list of ingredients but not how much of each is in there. It only shows how much of the nutrition ingredients. It says vitamin D 15ug which is a bit more than the minimum adults need a day and still well within the maximum 100ug that is recommended we keep under.I’m not certain whether all of the ingredients is hormone balancing or will just make me feel more balanced as ashwagandha I take anyway and is good for stress and anxiety etc, when I research the other ingredients I see why they are using them, such as flaxseed which helps remove excess hormones form body and evening primrose is good for hormone related issues for all ages.They’re vegan and I always like it when they make it clear what they are free of and this says allergen free so it contains none of the allergens that people can have. Although it’s my first day taking them I do feel slightly more balanced 20 minutes after taking them and conscious, not likely to be a coincidence I don’t think.They’re a good price I believe, it is a months supply two a day, and would be hard to only have one a day as they’re so tasty.

These gummies have a nice consistency. I find the lemon flavour a little too tangy, but better than taking numerous tablets. It’s difficult to assess how good these are but I’ve not noticed any problems whilst taking them. The cost for me is a little too much although it’s cheaper than taking each item individually. Overall I don’t think I would buy these again due to the cost.

Very tasty and easy to chew. I am well into menopause and suffer from brain fog, tiredness etc. as standard. These gummies have definitely alleviated som of these symptoms, and have left me feeling more like myself again. Very happy with these and have already recommend them to family members.

These supplements have a good balance of important ingredients that promote hormone health, plus a few extras.I have been taking these supplements for almost 2 weeks now and I have noticed that I am much more calm and less stress than before. And I definitely have elevated energy and focus.The taste is great and refreshing and I feel these are great value at the current price point (£14.94). I would definitely get them again to continue to see more long term benefits

These gummies provide relatively high doses of Riboflavin (B2), Pantothenic Acid (B5), Pyridoxine (B6), Ascorbic Acid (C) and Cholecalciferol (D3), with the added potential benefits of Ashwagandha and Rhodiola in a single citrus flavoured fruit pastel.The dosage is rather high, with the vitamin D being 50% over the recommended daily intake, so it’s important you don’t choose to just snack on these at your desk. Whilst excess intake of water soluble vitamins such as ascorbic acid freely pass via urine output, you can overdose on fat soluble vitamins like vitamin D, potentially causing a medical emergency. Speaking of which, the cap is just a generic plastic screw lid with no childproofing whatsoever. This is rather foolish given these could easily appeal to unsuspecting children who will just see them as sweets.Whilst the product itself seems good when consumed with caution and in line with the product guidelines, the packaging choice needs a serious rethink in my opinion.
