However, the replacement cartridges are expensive, oftentimes costing more than the printer itself. I was able to find alternative ink cartridges though, as it uses ink cartridges for post machines. It is the same form factor as the OEM cartridge, you just have to remove some external parts which just snap off. I was able to get a 2-pack of the alternative cartridges for $40.User-Friendly: The 2.8'' touchscreen interface is intuitive and easy to navigate. This allows for quick setup and adjustments to text, dates, barcodes, logos, QR codes, and batch numbers. However, the on-screen keyboard is tiny so you will need a stylus to type on it. There's a lot of fat-fingering otherwise.Portability: Its compact design makes it easy to transport and use in different environments. This handheld device is a great tool for on-the-go printing tasks.

This handheld label printer is very small and quite well-made. I especially like the large LCD touch screen that makes it easy to operate this device. Its user interface is well-designed and easy to use, I did not even need to read the manual to start using it right away! You can create custom labels, barcodes, QC codes, or custom logos and pictures that can be stored in the internal memory of the printer and reused later. Also, you can connect it your PC to access its files and upload or download data. It comes with an ink cartridge, battery, power supply and a metal plate. This is the smallest handheld label printer I have ever seen so far. It’s so tiny that it fits in your palm, and you can easily put it in your pocket! While ergonomics might not be its top consideration, portability and compactness really pay off. When it comes to using it, it took some practice, but I quickly got the hang of directly printing my contact information on items I wanted to keep track of. While there are cheaper label printers available, the prints they produce are not as crisp, durable, and water-resistant. With the included metal plate, the printer can print on uneven surfaces. I've successfully printed on cloth, metal, wood, paper, and plastic. I have discovered several useful applications for this printer. For example, I use it to create date labels for my vacuum-sealed bags, simply indicating the month and year before storing them in the freezer. Additionally, I have lots of hobbies besides my professional work, and this printer is quite useful in many of them. As a custom parts machinist, I find it helpful for adding my logo or "Part Number / Date / Serial" information to my projects. Use the stylus. The touchscreen on the printer is difficult to use with a finger. If you make a mistake while printing, you can use isopropyl alcohol on a paper towel or rag to easily wipe it off.
