This was my first time trying sea moss… I obviously didn’t expect it to taste amazing like all the influencers claim, and this one tastes okay. It’s bearable, it does have a light elderberry flavor but the consistency is very runny. Idk if that’s for all sea moss but I didn’t like how “slippery” it feels. The smell is the same as the flavor almost but it’s very light. The size of the bottle is very small if you’re doing two table spoons, but I’m only doing one per day because of all the cautions I’ve read about heavy metal poisoning. Please do some research before taking any supplements! Further, it is annoying that the mouth of the jar is small so my round style tablespoons don’t fit, making it inconvenient and not easy use, but that’s just cuz of my weird shaped spoons! Finally, it’s hard to tell the quality since it’s a small amount but I trust it has some benefits as claimed.

I think this sea moss is just okay. No taste to it which is fine since I use it mostly for smoothies and things of that nature. I haven't noticed any benefits since using it. Yet it does add a slight thickness to my drinks. Honestly, for the size of it, the price is a bit much. We'll see how things go by the time I'm done using it.
