We have been using the set in our clinic for a few weeks now. I am very happy with the product. We have use other brand before, but this is much nicer quality and easy to set up. The display shows time, date and year. when multiple request signals come in, you can see them all in watch, with the time it come in. You can delete them when you no longer need them just push of button. The battery life is good in the watch, I don't have to charge it every day.

The product was well packed. The watch face arrived scratched. It appeared to be soft plastic. Range I needed included 2 walls in about 75 to 100 feet didn’t work past 20’.

The system not only beeps loudly but also vibrates. I installed it in my restaurant and it helps our waitress alot since she cant keep her eyes on every customers. The range is pretty far, I say probably 20 ft. I actually bought another set directly from the manufacture and now I have 2 watches and 25 buttons total.

Unfortunately this product didn’t work for me. A small glass door intercepted the signal from watch to pager. I think this best for an open layout restaurant.

Doesn’t work that well, sometimes the calls would go through, sometimes they wouldn’t... also if there are any brick walls in the restaurant, the page does not work at all. I don’t recommend buying this, I would purchase a much more expensive one, which I had to after we tried to use this and it didn’t work
