I bought this for my teen and it seems to help him with oily nose and moisturize the areas that need it.All in all it’s a superior French product but pricey for the size.I will try another French brand that also advertises as being hypoallergenic and mattifying and compare.

I use Uriage Hyséac Mat' Pore Refiner religiously (it is the perfect daytime moisturizer), but it isn't cheap. At around $25 per 1.35 oz. tube, it's a product I need to switch out with another if I want to be able to make rent. That's why I also use Clinique Dramatically Different Moisturizing Gel every other day, which is only $26 for a humongous 4.2 oz. pump bottle.Anyway. Hyséac Mat' is honestly my go-to favorite product. Aside from its steep price tag, it is the most perfectest product in the world (no, I'm not being dramatic). It is a light green gel-like emulsion that moisturizes and smooths pores, making it a perfect makeup base. It's super hydrating, verrrryy smooth in application, and does not clog pores. If I could afford buying a new bottle of this every month, I would, and it would be both my daytime and nighttime moisturizer. However, I only use it on days I need to wear makeup (foundation/BB cream), so one tube lasts me about three months—not bad if you think about it!The Uriage Hyséac line (my favorite skin care line!) targets acne-prone and oily-combo skin, which is exactly my skin type. At the same time, it is hypoallergenic and uses the finest ingredients (and it's French!) so I would say it is worth the investment. When it comes to skin care, I want the best of the best and Hyséac definitely delivers.
