Glass and Surface Cleaner

The "Glass Master Pro Glass" and Surface Cleaner does a reasonably good job removing the film that develops on the interior of my front windshield. The triangular plastic head easily reaches into the corners of the windshield. The wand and the two identical removable triangular heads are a solid plastic material and well designed. The unit comes with three different cleaning pads; a light blue, fine mess, fabric pad, a yellow, lightly textured, terrycloth pad and a plastic fiber mesh pad. The only pad that is useful for removing the film on the interior windshield is the yellow terrycloth pad. I sprayed some window cleaner on the windshield and used the wand to spread the cleaner; after three attempts the film was removed and the window was reasonably clean. Does the product work as well as using window cleaner and paper towels, definitely not. Is the product easy to use, yes. Am I satisfied with my purchase, yes. I plan to purchase more yellow terrycloth pads and use one to apply and spread the window cleaner onto the windshield and a dry yellow terrycloth cleaning pad attached to the second cleaning head to dry the windshield.

I drive a school bus and the front is mostly windshield and unless you own a portable crane or cherry picker it's impossible to reach that window for washing. This tool allows me to screw an extension pole into the bottom so I can reach my school bus windshield and the windshield of my Ram diesel truck. The pads do an excellent job of cleaning provided you use a reliable brand of window cleaner; I like Rainx, and the flexibility of the cleaning head makes it a breeze to use over those curved surfaces. Just a note to all, Please dim your lights when approaching a school bus in the am, more windshield = more exposure to those blinding lights making it harder to spot those kids waiting on the side of the road.

I bought this product because it looked like it would be good for cleaning the inside of car windshields. Seems like car windshields are getting bigger and more deep and slanted, and they seem to get a film on them after a month or two. It's surprisingly hard to reach them with your hand and a rag to clean them.The Glassmaster is a nice sturdy cleaning product that will reach those far places of a windshield without making you go into contortions. The pointed top lets you get all the way into the corners as well.Overall it makes cleaning the inside of windshields much easier. I would imagine it would make cleaning all sorts of mirrors and glass easier, because it extends your reach by a couple feet.

I bought a new car and discovered that those long sloping windshields are impossible to clean without this tool! The distance and angle of the inside of the windshield are impossible to reach unless you have an unusually abnormal ape-like arm. This tool does a fine job but I admit I resent having to buy it in order to have a clean clear view.

Perfect length handle.The shape gets to edges of windshield with no stretching needed.With the blue cover, it holds a paper towel very well for finishing off the drying.Blue cover was easy to wash.To put the cover on, put the label down by the handle. Overlap the top point just a bit over the point and pull bottom on. Pull on around edges as needed. The cover stayed on just fine and went on easily enough.Has end for screwing on an extender pole, if needed.Comes with extra foam pad.Makes window washing go quite fast.

Works great, the only reason i give ti 4 stars is that it only comes with one microfiber cover. Some of the other brands, which are not as good as this come with 3 covers.

And by worthless I mean it. This item does not, in any way, do its job. I didn't ask much. Something I could spray glass cleaner on and reach into the corners of my Mustangs windshield so things like fingerprints and random particles would not reflect light at night and screw with my vision. Streaks, more streaks, and random particles is what I got, forcing me to redo the job with paper towels and then redo with an old bath towel. Is this so hard. Put a chamois cloth on a stick and sell it for a couple bucks.I guess so. I'll have to make one myself.Also, I kept worrying the thing would snap in half under pressure.

This is a sturdy cleaner, unlike some of the others available. It works as described and comes with extra parts as described. I would buy it again. It makes cleaning the interior surfaces of car windows, especially the windshield, much easier.
