Made in USA chips - Samsung CLP-320/CLP-325W/CLX-3185FW Toner Chips Combo - 4 Pack (BCMY)

I am only giving this 5 stars because that is the star limit - it deserves 10!. This product saved me $150, was easy to install and works great to convert toner meant for a CLX-3175 to work in a CLX-3185. There were no installation instructions provided, but it is very easy... (step 1) choose the correct chip K = Black, C = Cyan, Y = Yellow, M = Magenta (step 2) Peel the backing off of the double stick foam tape, (step 3) stick the chip directly over the original chip with the arrows facing up (step 4) install the toner cartridge as you usually would. Note that there is no need for the electronics of the chip to connect to the electronics of the toner cartridge, just that the spots line up with the pins on the printer door - which should be pretty automatic if you stuck it on correctly. There is not need to cut anything open, solder anything, remove the old chip or reprogram like in many of the other videos.I bought these chips because I bought the wrong toner (P409) for my Samsung CLX-3185 (which needs P407) and this product provided the only easy, inexpensive way to make it work. The P409 toner fits perfectly in the printer, but the printer says that it is the wrong toner. After Buy.com (now Rakuten), where I bought it refused to return or exchange the toner, they suggested calling Samsung. After over an hour on hold with various people at Samsung I was transferred to the Executive Customer Relations department and they promptly told me that there was nothing they could do. They also told me that it was not their toner (it says Samsung on the box and has all of the proper stickers), that it was not purchased from them (I didn't, but someone must have right?) and that I had been transferred to the wrong department (on further questioning it became unclear if they were the Executive Customer Relations or not because they also said they could not transfer me there). All this while just asking them to exchange one of their toners for another one which seems to be the exact same product with different chips. Given the ease and low price of installing the new chips, you would think they would at least offer new chips as an option.So thank you AAAtoner!

A while back, I had purchased what were supposed to be 3 compatible cartridges for my CLX-3185FW. When it came time to replace the factory Yellow cartridge with the "compatible" one, I couldn't get it to work. I ended up throwing away the replacement one and buying an "official" one.For some reason, I had not thrown away my C & M "compatible" ones. Well, last week, both of the factory C & M indicated low. So, I gave the "compatible" ones a try... With the same result as the Y one. But this time, I made additional Google efforts to see if I could get them to work... and ended up on these chips. I pulled off the chips on those compatible ones and replaced them with these new chips... Worked flawlessly!$10 instead of $65 that it would have cost me to buy 2 official C & M cartridges... and I still have the B & Y chips available for later use.

Had the chips for less than an hour & the printer was finally working again (I had refilled toner a few months prior, but didn’t replace the chips)

Worked perfectly and shipped to me very fast by this seller. I had a second set of "starter kit" toners that my samsung printer would not allow me to use since these starter toners have the same serial number codes as the first set I was replacing. The chips let me use them and I was very happy about that.

I have not order Samsung for at least 2 years

Hurray! I had bought the wrong toner after Samsung lead me to believe it would work with my printer (I have a 325W and got toner that apparently only works with the 315W) and would have been basically out $150 without these chips. I stuck it on, put it in my printer, and my printer immediately recognized it, rather than tell me that "The Yellow toner is incompatible."
