You can squeeze either the sides or compress from the top on the Edge. It is easy to me. The Edge has excellent suction. The best.

Thank you for your question. ZEN cups have a thicker contoured lip allowing for a smoother glide. These cupping cups are available in 2 sizes (smaller one is great for knees, arms and abdominal areas), where the larger cups covers a larger area like back and legs. EDGE cups have an ergonomic grip, but have a flat bottom opening and come in a set of 4 cups in varying sizes. Many Lure customers prefer to alternate between EDGE and ZEN cups depending on the treatment area and skin sensitivity.
