My boyfriend is a medium so I got a large and they fit him PERFECT. Beware a large package in this will absolutely show off lol. There's no option to side tuck without a reveal, so idk how it'll work out for Rocky Horror hahahah. A bit thin in the stretchy fabric, he said it's super comfortable. Idk his weight

Love the Asian sizing fits perfect!
Absolutely love the fit feel and fabric of these super sexy trunks. I am a slim guy 5'8"with a 28-inch waist and the Asian med. fits better than most American small sizes! Through past experience with metallic briefs, the metallic coating will wear off more quickly if worn Under pants, especially tight fitting jeans. I suggest washing in cold with mild detergent do not wring, twist or roll, dry flat and store Flat if you want them to last.
