Would this fit a 15in Razerblade laptop ?

No. I carry an 8in tablet in mine. You might be able to get a 10in tablet, but that would be the limit. I suggest going up to the next size. It is a really great bag though

Can you fit a small water bottle?

If this is the larger version, then yes you can fit a water bottle.

Could you slip a 1.5l or 2l hydration bladder in this ?

It can fit a 2L blatter with plenty of room.
