I like this product,it has a good quality/pricei prerer putting the powder from the capsule in hot water, i find it more efficient.3x a day. sure it gives me more energy, event more if i take 2 caps at a time.

Essential herb
I had heard of panax ginseng for a long time and definitely would have liked to have tried it earlier. It gives a mood/energy boost. It pairs well with their ashwagandha.
