My wife burned her mouth with the last mug and decided to try a new design. First day it was hard for her to get used to the design for the mouth piece, that was a month ago. Now she drinks out of this everyday and is her favorite mug in the mornings. The 1 bad part is it's too small. I did not pay attention to the size when ordering.

I personalized this cup and it came out really nice and simple. I tested it with water and the “sealed” lid and it was VERY close to leakproof. I had to shake it around a lot for a small amount to finally spill out. Not bad for the price!

I took this “travel coffee mug” in the car, but it didn’t fit in my cup holders. Because of the rounded bottom it tilted in the holder and my coffee spilled all over the car.Also, I accidentally knocked the cup off of the counter and the bottom popped off. Even my husband couldn’t get it back on. It still works but doesn’t look as nice as it did.The other problem is that the lid doesn’t seal very well. If you aren’t careful when you take a sip, coffee will leak out.

Very pretty, easy to hold unless, maybe, you have arthritic hands. Definitely keeps liquid hot or cold; lid is nice and easy to drink from; would buy again.

They work well on some of my thermal containers but too large for some of them.

I like the look, feel and size of this mug, and especially the way it keeps my coffee very hot for a long time. I wish the opening for drinking was a little wider, and also would like it better if the sliding closure on the additional lid slid more easily..

When my mom and I bought these cups, they were beautiful. I am as in love them I do everything with them, but I am so disappointed. My moms cup started changing color and mine the bottom feel out , and the hardest part is we always hand wash them. Can we get them replaced or my money back?.

I like this mug but it is a little big for my hand and the sippy part is hard to create a seal so that one can drimk without leaking. I will keep watching for another style, but I like the handeless mugs.
