MIU Francestainless steel peeler with potato eye remover, 5.5 x 3 x .5, silver

I bought this item thinking the eye remover was an open loop. It was NOT.Explanation: An open open loop eye remover is a more uniform way of slicing more uniform fries.

Quite an amazing peeler. Now my wife's favourite kitchen tool. Other peelers stink compared to this. The loop is crappy and not useful as it's not sharp and quite blunt, but we don't use it, so i'm not counting that against it. If you want little strings, get a spiralizer. It is easy to hold when hands are wet and slippery. It's very sharp and has not shown any signs of rust after months of heavy use.

I bought a similar peeler at a flea market 15 years ago. It was the same shape but didn't have the padded handle.This is 1000% better. It is extremely sharp and peels in a second. It takes a thin slice each time, so you don't thrown a lot in the trash. If I could give it 10 stars I would.

This tool did not last half a year. It broke after about 6/7months. Sometimes the blade would flip and it would not peel correctly. I did work great for a while. I would not recommend this product. Great for soft skin peeling, like zucchini and carrots, but not too good for peeling apples, or butternut type squash. I have gone back to a stationary blade.

I've owned quite a few peelers.There's three other one's in my drawer right now, but the one I use is this one. The way it cuts thru a vegetable skin is almost sensual. Like "hot knife thru butter". Well constructed and feels good in the hand.

Quality all the way. Comfortable grip, easy and effective peeling. High quality stainless steel with a rubberized grip that makes fast work of whatever you need to peel. Don't think twice about this tool for your kitchen!

The Swiss peeler is well made and does the perfect job

This is one quality peeler, the gauge of the stainless stell is awesome, so you have no bending or warping of the device when you use it. The blade is extremely sharp and looks to be of really good quality. The plastic/rubber handle gives it a sturdy, quality, non slippery grip, feels great in the hand. Highly recommend this one!

Years ago I got the best peeler from Tupperware. and of course they discontinued it. Have been watching for the past couple years for something similar and this is it.works great and the wider handle with the non-slip is easy to hold.

This peeler is sharp and works very well.
