Rooster is one of my dog’s favorites out of probably 50 toys! The squeak is gentle to the ears, which is important to me since she is obsessed with squeaky toys. Rooster is soft but rugged, made with a material that is strong enough that it’s difficult for little teeth to puncture and can easily withstand endless hours tug-of-war play. It seems to be indestructible.It’s obvious a lot of thought went into the making of this toy. Rooster has various anti-boredom textures and details that set it apart from your average toy, which I’m sure is what keeps the toy interesting to my dog. Definitely worth the money!

I bought about 5 or 6 of these rubber toys and they have been played with hard, both inside and outside by a 95 pound aggressive chewer. He takes tennis balls apart in no time, has 'killed' most of his toys but these are still whole & he is right now squeaking one at me. The sounds they have are softer than most so not irritating. The paint on them adds so much to them, they make me smile & my dog too!

I have four very competitive Jacks that LOVE all of these. They don't even attempt to tear them up, although they really are rough on the tugging, and they have to much fun playing with them. No more cotton balls all over, or plastic squeaky parts and pieces, I'm getting my pups their favorite toys from Lucas! Zipper, Zephyr, MayZ and MitZy thank you!

I just received my package with the rooster in it. My little Havanese dog got so excited! It unfortunate that customers (I live in Mexico part time) seemed to push to the inside squeaker and ripped the area a bit. I got the squeaker part out of the toy with long handled tweezers but with it ripped I'm not sure how to repair it. And my little Clementina would loves the squeaks! Not sure what customers would of thought I would hide in this little toy. I guess I won't order any more dog toys with squeaker to be shipped to my home in Mexico! However she seems to love the texture of the rooster and maybe it won't be a complete loss. So a Great toy to the maker and a boo to customs!

My 90 lb child has developed an affinity for Lucas B products, they are not for hard core chewers but luckily she's so gentle with the toys that I purchased her second lucas b toy. They're hand painted, non toxic, children complaint, natural rubber and I couldn't be more thrilled with the purchase.They are pricey for the size but like I said she is gentle. I am fond of usa made and sourced products but this is a rare exception. The squeak is low key not annoying. I will be buying all their squeak toys and reviewing. It's a great sensory toy and each individual ruffle on the feathers down to the feet has been thought out.

My puppy loves this toy. The squeaker is not loud and annoying and all the different textures must feel interesting on her mouth.

We have a lab and an Aussie and they play with this all the time. They play tug with it, they chew on it, pull at its “feathers”, and play fetch with it. It is so durable. They get so excited about it. We bought this several months ago and it hasn’t lost any limbs, feathers or beaks. :)Well worth the money! It’s a great toy!
