I really like that the vanity lights can be changed (get ready for a day at the office vs a day spent outside). Before I had the HiMirror Mini 32G I would put a bunch of color on my face, and hope for the best. It helps me do more precise and elegant makeup looks. I like to track my skin progress too. It's much easier to figure out what my skin needs, with the pictures and info right in front of me. It's also great that I can track when my products are going to expire. One less thing for me to try to remember.

I always watch YouTube videos while doing my makeup, so when I learned about this mirror, I knew I had to have it. The YouTube feature might be my favorite so far, but this mirror does so many amazing things. It has Alexa, Spotify, Facebook, Instagram... I haven’t even played around with the skin analysis features yet! I’m happy I bought this mirror and I love playing with it every morning. Definitely worth the price!

I really love my Hi Mirror, it makes putting on makeup so much better! It is so useful to have different light filters (ex. outside on a sunny day, restaurant, office, party hall, etc.) so that you don't end up being over or under done in the place you are going. Being able to track my skin care is also a huge plus! I love that I can play music and watch tutorials and follow along as I do my makeup and skin care as well! Great product!

The media could not be loaded. Do NOT buy! The latest firmware update (HM.PR.bm668.ALL.19.09.004.201909101748) makes the HiMirror Mini completely unusable! This is my SECOND Mini after returning the other one for having the same problem as the first. It works fine until you are forced to update to the new firmware, after which the system will repeatedly log you in and out (see attached video). Tech support advised me to Reset to Factory Settings, which has BRICKED (made completely unusable) the HiMirror. Now all the mirror does is present a black screen with the time and wifi symbol in the top right. This is exactly what happened with the previous mirror and will happen to your mirror if you purchase this!Other people have been reporting this issue. I have seen comments on HiMirror's Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, and other sites. No technical support! I've sent over 10 emails with support over the past week with no resolution. There is also no phone support! Within seconds of trying to leave a message it interrupts me saying, "Your recording is below the minimum acceptable length." I have attempted to do this five times now.Now that I've had two mirrors BRICKED by faulty firmware updates (updates that are automatic and cannot be avoided or turned off), it's clear there is something seriously wrong. I don't see how this can be resolved even with a patch / update because the system itself is inaccessible now. I suspect other people will face the same issue and HiMirror will have to issue a massive recall of all HiMirror Minis. Amazon should halt all sales of HiMirror products until this is resolved.

The idea of this mirror is great, but the execution isn't. It's not a bad mirror, but it didn't work for my needs. I'm in my 50s and need a magnified mirror to apply makeup. The magnification is sort of like a camera zooming in. I could see my face, but not clearly enough to apply eyeliner or mascara. Also, any movement, such as when I would apply mascara, would cause the camera to refocus, which would mean a blurry screen for about 5 seconds. The mirror is really just a camera, so if you've ever used your camera to try to see something on your face, that is about the quality of this mirror. Another issue I had is the brightness. The lights are very bright, but they hurt my eyes and made it hard to see. I use my mirror in the bathroom, sitting on the vanity, but facing toward a window (with my back to the window). When light was coming through the window, I couldn't see anything in the mirror. I tried all of the various brightness settings but nothing worked for this issue. I don't have another suitable space, so this really made the mirror useless for me.Overall, the mirror seems like it works great for some people. I liked that I could use it to play music or connect with my Alexa, but it just didn't work for my needs.

I bought this for my daughter for Christmas. At first she was highly disappointed with it because it kept sending her in a never ending loop of errors when trying to set up her account and the app. Which meant she couldnt use it yet. You have to get all that set up before you can use any of the features. I told her maybe it is because their site and servers are overloaded with people trying to set up new accounts after receiving one as a Christmas gift, too, and to wait a day and see what happens. Of course their site should be good enough to handle these things, though. I dont knowing it was just coincidence or not, but the day after christmas she was finally able to finish setting it up. She did keep trying over and over though, initially because she was so excited to get started with it. Next day when she woke up, it finally worked. So really seemed to be related to the holiday somehow.Anyway, she loves it now and uses it everyday. Keeps track of her products and her skin, although she said sometimes she doesnt know whether or not to believe the skin analysis because one day she had a bad reaction to using too many active acids and had very visible blemishes all over her face. Most of them had scabbed over etc. It looked like she tried to pick her whole face off during a meth binge (no offense to anyone). So when she did the skin analysis while her face was all botched up, it told her that her skin had improved 😲🤔 I guess severely blemished skin is.. good skin..?? Anyway, other than that she does like it a lot and hasnt actually mentioned any other oddities with it. She watches videos all the time on it, whether make up related or true crime 😒. She has it sitting on her vanity which she has a huge lighted mirror on, as well. She sets this one to the side for closer viewing of her skin/make up and watching the videos etc.All in all she says she loves it and hasnt had any problems with it.

Wifi not working at all. Waste the money. Not happy with the produce. Return back to Amazon and get a amazon Credit immediately.good amazon service.
