Birds of Prey Coloring Book

I bought this for my 5 year old grandson who loves birds, especially peregrine falcons. He enjoys coloring it and is careful to study the color illustrations of the birds before he begins so he selects the correct colors.

I bought this book 3 times. Drawings are excellent - I use this quite a bit.

I bought several of these for my friends I volunteer with at a Wildlife rehab. They were so much better than I had anticipated! Everyone LOVED them. Fun and informative.

This book was a gift. The recipient loved it! The pictures are accurate and clear. The information included, about each bird, is a nice addition.Great for homeschool art/zoology.

the pictures in this book are so well done that they are a pleasure to color. the pictures aide in the coloring if you want to make the birds as they are in real life or just color them they way you want. it was a lovely gift to give to that child that is always hunting for things to color and look at.

I purchased this book for the colored pics. I use this as a reference for stained glass projects. Very nice book.

This was a favorite birthday gift for my son, who's fascinated by birds of prey. The art is gorgeous, and he sees each page as being very special. He's very cautious to color them as realistically as possible. This is one of the fun activities that is also a learning activity, and they think they're just enjoying themselves. Great quality, selection and cost! Thank You!

Not only does it have beautiful pictures, it also has tiny summary of each bird. A great way of being entertained and educated all at once. I highly recommend this coloring book to anyone.

This book contains beautiful illustrations of varying birds of prey, with information about the birds below each photo, including which colours to use. More suitable for teenagers and adults as the lines are quite thin and have a lot of detail; a great way to learn about new birds

livret anglophone agrafé souple grand format ancien (1989) présentant une quarantaine d'espèces de rapaces du monde entier (mais surtout américains) en n&b prêts à être coloriés; chaque espèce est représentée sur une page, plus rarement une double page; en bas de page, une petite notice non systématisée décrit sommairement l'espèce; les images en couleur servant de modèles sont sur les pages de garde; ce livre de coloriage non exhaustif mais bien fait et sérieux sera parfait pour l'initiation à l'ornithologie d'enfants de plus de sept ans suffisemment soigneux et patients pour s'appliquer; je dois reconnaître avoir été favorablement surpris par la qualité de cette publication, ayant été échaudé par plusieurs tentatives précédentes, et je dois dire que j'ai enfin trouvé ce que je cherchais et j'envisage d'acquérir d'autres ouvrages de la même série (taper sur le moteur de recherche d'amazon: Dover birds coloring book); je pense qu'il vaut mieux préférer les ouvrages neufs même s'ils sont légèrement plus chers pour éviter le risque de se retrouver avec un exemplaire crayonné!
