Save your money.....if you have lower gum deterioration. This product should only be used for uppers. They should not sell it for lowers. It slides all around and I have worn dentures for years and know all the products out there. The FDA took of the zinc products. We should have a choice. When you can not eat, this is not the answer!!!!!

These work great on my dad's lower dentures, although they are hard for him to cut to fit.
